TANAMERA water diffuser:
1. Open the water reservoir by lifting the lid. Add room-temperature water (distilled water is recommended) into the reservoir up to the fill line. Do not exceed the fill line.
2. Add 3-5 drops of your favourite TANAMERA essential oil into the water.
3. Replace the lid to cover the water reservoir.
4. Plug in the TANAMERA Aroma Diffuser and push the power switch to start diffusing.
5. Press the power switch on the left to cycle through the three-mode setting: Mode 1: 60 minutes cycle Mode 2: 120 minutes cycle Mode 3: 180 minutes cycle
6. When water runs out, the diffuser will automatically shut off.
7. Press the right power switch to turn on/off the warm light.

1. Is rose essential oil the same as rose otto? Not always. Rose otto is steam distilled from Rosa damascena, the Damask rose. Rose absolute is solvent extracted, usually from Rosa centifolia, and smells deeper and sweeter. Both are sold as rose essential oil, so check the botanical name rather than the front label. 2. Why is rose essential oil so expensive? Yield. It takes thousands of kilos of rose petals to distil a single kilo of oil, and the petals have to be picked by hand at dawn before the volatile compounds burn off. That is the whole explanation for the price.
3. How do I dilute rose essential oil for my face? Roughly 1 drop per 10ml of carrier oil, about 0.5%. Patch test on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before applying to your face. Never apply undiluted.
4. Why has my rose oil gone cloudy or solid? Rose otto contains stearoptene, a natural waxy component that solidifies below room temperature. Warm the bottle in your hand for a minute and it goes clear again. It is a characteristic of genuine rose otto rather than a fault.
5. Can I use rose essential oil during pregnancy? Check with your doctor or midwife first. Rose is generally treated with caution during the first trimester.
6. What does rose essential oil blend well with? Sandalwood, patchouli, geranium, bergamot and ylang ylang. As a heavy floral it is usually the smallest part of a blend rather than the base."
