Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Tanamera Tropical Spa Sdn. Bhd. (“TANAMERA”) in collaboration with Watsons Malaysia (“Watsons”).

2. Contest Period

The contest runs from 15th May 2026 to 14th July 2026, both dates inclusive. Entries submitted outside the contest period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1    The contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
3.2    Employees of TANAMERA, Watsons, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the contest, customers must complete all of the following steps:

4.1    Purchase a minimum of RM120 worth of TANAMERA products in a single receipt at any Watsons store (online or offline).
4.2    Create and post a photo showcasing your TANAMERA daily ritual (e.g., wellness, self-care, relaxation, or home ritual).
4.3    Post the content on your Instagram account.
4.4    Include the hashtag #TANAMERARitual in the caption.
4.5    Ensure your Instagram account is set to public throughout the contest period for judging and verification purposes.
4.6    Submit your entry via the provided QR code submission form, including:
•    Proof of purchase (receipt)
•    Instagram post (screenshot)
•    Instagram post link
•    Instagram username
4.7    Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is accompanied by a valid receipt.
4.8    Incomplete entries or failure to comply with any of the above requirements will be disqualified without notice. 
4.9    TANAMERA reserves the right to request the original receipt or additional proof of purchase for verification purposes. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

5.1    Grand Prize (1 Winner):
•    2 Days 1 Night stay at The Majestic Hotel
•    Massage session for 2 persons
5.2    Second Prize (1 Winner):
•    Massage session for 2 persons
5.3    Third Prize (1 Winner):
•    Massage session for 1 person
5.4    Weekly Prizes:
•    RM50 Watsons voucher x1 winner per week throughout the contest period (unless otherwise stated by the Organizer)

6. Winner Selection

6.1    Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the TANAMERA Ritual theme.
6.2    Weekly winners will be selected throughout the contest period.
6.3    Grand Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize winners will be selected at the end of the contest period. 
6.4    The decision of TANAMERA is final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

7. Winner Announcement

7.1    Winners will be announced via TANAMERA’s official social media platforms.
7.2    Winners will also be contacted via the Instagram details provided in their submission form.

8. Prize Redemption

8.1    All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
8.2    TANAMERA reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal value without prior notice.
8.3    Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days from TANAMERA’s first attempt of contact, failing which the prize may be forfeited. TANAMERA will make up to three (3) contact attempts during this period.
8.4    All costs and expenses incurred in relation to prize redemption and usage, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, personal expenses, and incidental costs, shall be borne solely by the winners. 

9. Content Usage

By participating, participants hereby grant TANAMERA and Watsons a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute submitted content (including videos, images, captions and usernames) for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes across any media, without additional compensation or prior notice.

10. Disqualification

10.1    TANAMERA reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if:
•    The entry is incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, or violates any terms herein
•    The submitted content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights or other rights.

11. Liability

11.1    TANAMERA and Watsons shall not be held responsible for:
•    Any technical errors, system failures, or delays in submission or entry processing
•    Lost, incomplete, or late entries
•    Any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, or technical issues arising from participation in the contest or the use or redemption of any prizes

12. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

12.1    By participating in this contest, participants consent to TANAMERA and Watsons collecting, processing, and using their personal data for the purposes of contest administration, including entry verification, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and announcement of winners.
12.2    Participants agree that their personal data may be disclosed to the Organizers’ authorized service providers or partners solely for the purposes stated above. 
12.3    By participating, participants also consent to the use of their name, Instagram username, and submitted content for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

13. General

13.1    By participating, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
13.2    TANAMERA reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the contest and/or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13.3    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
