Note: For cesarean births, use only after stitches have healed. Please consult your doctor before use.

1. Use From Day 3 daily with a binder for 14 days
2. Add 1 Sachet of powder to 4 tablespoons of hot water and mix it into a paste
3. Spread paste evenly onto your stomach area.
4. Cover with a thin cloth before using the abdominal wrap. bind for at least half a day
5. Use this product preferably after bath and massage.
6. Wash paste off after removing the binder.
